How do I make a booking?
You can make a booking by sending an enquiry form or by calling our Operations Manager at +61 401 326 567. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date.
Does Salty have Snorkelling Equipment on Board?
Yes, we provide snorkeling gear and other necessary equipment for your adventure. Additionally, flotation devices are provided to those who want them to make your experience more enjoyable and comfortable.
What should I bring on the trip?
We recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, swimwear, a towel, a light jacket, and a camera. Don’t forget any personal items you might need throughout the day.
Is food provided on the charter?
Yes, our onboard catering features fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. We cater to all dietary preferences and ensure a delightful dining experience. For an enhanced dining experience, our customers can upgrade their catering and order a delicious seafood platter for an additional surcharge.
Do you have towels on board?
Towels can be hired on board for $5 each. Please let us know before hand if you require towels.
Does Salty have a toilet on board?
Yes, Salty is equipped with a clean and convenient toilet on board to ensure your comfort throughout your journey.
Is the charter suitable for children?
Yes, our charters are family-friendly and suitable for children of all ages. We ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone on board.
Does Salty provide drinks on board?
Water will be provided on board. You can certainly bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages. There will be room to store them in the onboard fridge.
Is there parking available near the departure point?
Yes, there is parking available at Coral Sea Marina. Please allow extra time to find a parking spot, especially during peak seasons.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change and we always try our best to accommodate change request. Cancellations within 7 days of departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total charter fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers or on-board payment via Square. Please contact us if you have any questions about payment options.
